Cancelling and Rescheduling Policy:
- Masterpiece Beauty Academy, LLC has a 48-hour cancellation/reschedule policy
- If less than a 48-hour notice is given to reschedule an appointment, 50% of the service amount will be charged before booking again
- If less than a 48-hour notice is given to cancel an appointment, 100% of the service amount will be charged
- A CLIENT IS ONLY ALLOWED TO RESCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT ONCE. IF CLIENT NEEDS TO RESCHEDULE A SECOND TIME, CLIENT HAS TO PRE-PAY THE NON-REFUNDABLE
FULL AMOUNT OF THE SERVICE. A THIRD RESCHEDULE WILL NOT BE ALLOWED
- Rescheduling and cancelling an appointment are no longer available online
- No Show appointments will be charged 100% of the service amount
- If an emergency forbids the client to honor our 48-hour cancellation policy, proof of emergency will be needed in order to avoid cancellation fee
- Emergency is considered a medical related event
Punctuality:
- Client is granted only a 10 minute grace period
- If an appointment must be cancelled because of unpunctuality, 50% of the service amount will be charged before rebooking
Cell Phones
- The use of cell phones/air pods/conversations during services is strictly prohibited. It is distracting. It prevents the client from relaxing, staying still and it prevents the service
provider from performing effectively

If you are experiencing Covid-19 (including variants), flu, cold or any type of infectious disease’s symptoms, please cancel your appointment via text or email
Should you cancel your appointment due to exposure or testing positive to Covid-19 (including variants), a recent negative test (not older than two weeks) is required in order to make a new reservation
